The River and Railtrail are accross the street, and just a 10 minute drive up the mountain to Mohonk, Minnewaska, the Gunks, hiking, biking, etc.
This home with central AC and cable tv is ideal for families, especially with small children. ( It also will do just fine non-families) The second bedroom has a trundle bed (which can pull out and sleep two adults), and a full size crib. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining full bath. The third bedroom is a bright finished attic with a comfy queen futon bed. You will also have use of a high chair, porta-crib, kids toys, and it has gates for the stairs if needed. Washer/Dryer in basement
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances- food proccesor, blender, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid Mixer, dishwasher, cuisinart cookware, etc. Off the kitchen is a beautiful and secluded closed in deck with a grill overlooking a babbling brook.
New Paltz is a hip and charming town with lots of outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, climbing, golf, swimming, etc. This house is just minutes from the thruway.
No pets and $300 security required.
