The recent renovations include all newer carpeting, great room furniture with complete entertainment center (TV, DVD, VCR and sound system), an island cook-top, plus the entire home was freshly painted. The great room is two stories and has large windows. It is adjacent to an open-air dining area including an eat-in bar area. A powder room is conveniently located in this area for guests. The master suite has a king-size bed, separate shower and Jacuzzi. A second master suite features a king-size bed, spacious dressing area and bath. Four bedrooms are conveniently located off one hall connecting to the great room. There are a total of five TVs in the home. Outside around the pool and Jacuzzi you will find a newer gas grill, charcoal grill and lounge chairs. This area is accompanied by a sprawling grass area accenting the 16th tee of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes.
