Off of the foyer is a small sitting area with a decorative fireplace. This room also leads to the dining room, which seats eight and has a fantastic view of a lagoon and the golf course. The large, fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, custom built cabinetry, a bar that seats four, and a breakfast table for four. Off of the kitchen is a wet bar area, which has a sink, refrigerator, and table for two. The living room has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and surround sound. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD, walk in closet, private balcony, and a private bathroom with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. Several of the bedrooms have private baths, and they also have TVs.
