Features
The home features three floors above parking, with 7 bedrooms, 6 full baths and 2 half baths.(The third floor clubhouse with a sleeper sofa makes the seventh bedroom.) The first floor has an open family room, large custom kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a wonderful eating area with a table to seat 10. There is bar seating at the kitchen to seat an additional five people. Just outside the eating area windows is the sun deck, pool, hot tub and a gas grill. From the pool you’re only a minute’s walk to the beach! The first floor living area includes a gas fireplace and plasma TV. Also situated on the first floor are a master bedroom and bath, the laundry room and a powder room. The second floor has a master bedroom and bath with a large covered balcony overlooking the pool below and the marsh and beach. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bath, and the third bedroom has two full size beds with a private bath. The third floor has a large clubroom with hardwood floors, and a larger bar area, with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and ice machine. The clubroom has seven bar stools, a large living area and plasma TV. This room also has a queen size sleeper sofa and a half bath. Down the hall from the clubroom is the large kid’s room. Truly a kid’s hang out! It has three twin size beds, a trundle bed, and a private bath. All bedrooms have a TV with VCR/DVD player. Enjoy the many covered balconies on the second and third floors for quiet, private escapes.
