Features include hardwood floors, Berber carpet, a dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs, DVD, charcoal grill, 3 window air-conditioning units, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, deck on the gulf side that wraps around giving you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the awesome sunsets. This basic beach house is laid out as such on the ground floor there is a small kitchen, dining area, full bath and living room that has an outstanding view of the beach, an entrance to the patio, a queen sleeper sofa, a chair that pulls out into a twin bed, TV and DVD. A spiral staircase leads up to the second floor with two small bedrooms, Bedroom 1-gulf front bedroom with queen bed and TV; and Bedroom 2-a double bed and a hanging twin bed.
