Located in a very private, serene neighborhood, this home's best feature is the large screened-in porch with plenty of teak furniture and gas grill to enjoy the afternoon BBQ's after a long day at the beach. The beautiful white sand beaches are located just a short block, an easy walk, from the home. Beach access is at the city's "Sunset Park", the host of city concerts and very close to the annual wine/art show and the summer theater. This home is lavishly decorated and sits on a corner lot with two entrances and driveways to the house which allows for plenty of parking for boats. Bring the kids, the city park with playground is just a very short walk from this property. If rest and relaxation is what you are looking for, you've found the right property.
