In addition to a traditional living room, there is a very large family friendly Florida sun room with sleeping and dining space. This room includes a futon sleeper, it is a glass enclosed room with a window air conditioning unit. The amenities include 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, a nice shady yard with extra beach chairs and a grill for your enjoyment. Your pets are welcome! Just a block to one of the prettiest beaches anywhere.
