It has some views through the trees, easy access to the highway, and 18 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. The San Juan River Resort is surrounded by 3 million acres of National Forest. Outside the owners have hung lots of bird feeders and if you are lucky you might find some bird seed and corn in the pantry!

This home has 2 bedrooms plus loft and 2 full baths, plus one car garage. It is completely furnished with stackable washer/dryer, stove, oven. microwave, and most of your small appliances. It has a gas log fireplace in the living area, with Satellite TV, VCR, C.D. player with speakers located in the bedrooms, deck and lots of games in the second bedroom. The Master bedroom has a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper with full bath, second bedroom has a king bed, the loft has a double bed. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The second bathroom is located downstairs.
