Sleeping arrangements are one queen bed in each bedroom, a double and a twin in the loft, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Of course, this is a fully furnished home with washer and dryer in the garage, dish washer, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and cable television and also a DVD player. The dining room table seats eight with a bar that seats two. Place settings for ten. There is a glass-enclosed gas furnace in the living room.
