Features
The living area is filled with light and afternoon sunshine, and the plush, comfy sofas face the fireplace for relaxed cozy evenings. Two 1 bedroom units joined in the middle. Both living rooms have 27" TV/VCR/DVD, CD player and surround sound systems. The bedroom/living room on smaller side have ceiling fans. The larger side dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 2. No real views but gets great morning light. There are two separate entrances to the unit and each has its own portable air conditioner. The complex is located near the bike path with easy walk to River Run lift. KART stops across the street. There is elevator access to unit from the parking garage. This unit is located at the back of the complex and all on one level. A great unit to put kids in their own room to watch TV away from the adults . Association offers wireless internet via exercise room. Bedding: (Bedroom A) queen bed, (Bedroom B) queen bed , two queen sleeper sofas.
