The living room has 27" TV/VCR/DVD, mini-stereo with CD/cassette player. Both the living room and master bedroom have a portable A/C for the summer. The master has 17" TV and mini-stereo. The bathroom has a sunken jetted tub and walk in closet. The master also has access to the balcony with Baldy views. The other 2 bedrooms have 17" TV/VCR. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 2. The kitchen has a walk in pantry. The balcony off the living room/master has a table and 8 chairs and a  Weber gas BBQ grill. This is a nice bright/light unit with high ceilings and big windows. Very nicely decorated. The complex is located near the bike path for easy walk to River Run lift. KART stops across the street. Elevator access to unit from parking garage. Association offers wireless internet via exercise room. Bedding: (master) queen bed, (second bedroom) queen bed, (third bedroom) two twins or king, queen sleeper sofa.
