Features
The well appointed sofa and loveseat face the river rock wood-burning fireplace in the living room and sliding glass doors lead out to a large rear deck area with great views of the surrounding mountains. The tile entryway leads to the open kitchen and breakfast nook areas. Sleeping areas include king and bunk beds and two full bathrooms creating separate, private areas for guests. Underground parking is available a short walk away. The living room has 30 "TV, VCR, DVD and 3 disc CD player. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen has casual dining for 3-4 people and a big bay window. There is a wet bar next to dining area. Enjoy access to small private deck with gas BBQ grill. The master bedroom located upstairs has a king bed, 30" TV,VCR, river rock fireplace with high ceilingsand a sitting area. Ther is access to a small private deck with chaise lounge and Foothill views. The master bathroom has a sunken jetted tub, shower and separate sauna. It also has tile floor and countertops and the iron and ironing board is in the master closet. The second bedroom, also located upstairs, has queen bunk beds, log furnishings, mini-boom box with CD/cassette player and Foothill views. This room has access to a full size bathroom with regular tub/shower in the hallway. At the top of the stairs there is a set of built in bunk beds and has access to the hallway bathroom. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located on the main level and has a place to store skis. The 1/2 bath is located next to the laundry room. This "cottage" style unit attached to Summit complex sits in the back of the complex next to tennis courts and Village pool. Nice private setting surrounding by landscaping and open views in all directions. Bedding: (master) king bed, (second bedroom) queen bunk bed, twin bunk bed.
