The living area and a half bathroom are located on the main level with a spiral staircase leading to the second level, where there are two master suites. An additional bedroom offers two twins or a king bed with a kids' sleeping loft above. The decor includes fine touches like the gray leather sectional sofa oriented toward a uniquely finished gas-ignited wood burning fireplace, tasteful artwork and down comforters covered with rich fabrics. A sliding glass door near the game table leads out to the riverside deck and grass area, complete with picnic table. The living room has a 35" TV, VCR, DVD, stereo with CD cassette player and great views of the river. The master bedroom has a king bed, no TV and private balcony with views of the river. The master bathroom has a sunken tub/shower. The second bedroom has king bed, no TV and has its own 3/4 bath with shower/no tub. The third bedroom also has king bed, no TV and private balcony. This room has a ceiling fan and has its own full size bathroom. Also located upstairs is a nice large laundry room with full size stack washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and a portable fan. The dining table seats 7. There is a large deck off living room with table and chairs for summer use plus a BBQ grill!!! This is an awesome water front property with rustic mountain decor. Bedding: (master) king bed, (second bedroom) king bed, (third bedroom) two twin beds.
