The first level has L-shaped great room with futon, kitchenette, full bath with washer dryer, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The second floor has open living/dining/kitchen area with river view. There is also a bedroom with private full bath and a half bath. On the third floor are two bedrooms with private baths. The master is riverfront with jetted tub, separate shower two designer sinks, plus a wet bar, small refrigerator and huge room-size closet.
