The condo has one bedroom with a loft and one and a half baths. It features a full kitchen with microwave and a fireplace in the unit.  There are also 3 TV’s, with DVD/VCR combos, a stereo, laundry facilities, and a phone. This unit also features a spa, sauna and summer pool. The split level construction has 2 levels; the first contains the living area with one bath, while the second is the loft, the bedroom and the second bath. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has a trundle bed. This unit accommodates up to 4 people.
