The condo has one bedroom a loft and two baths. It features a full kitchen with microwave and a fireplace in the unit.  There is a TV, a VCR, a stereo, and a phone. The split level construction has two levels, the first has the living area, the bedroom and a bath, while the second is the loft and the second bath. The bedroom has a king size bed, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, and the loft has a queen size bed and bunk beds. This accommodates up to eight people.
