On the first floor, there is the main living space, which is in an open floor plan, and a bedroom and full bath. There is a comfortable living room with a working gas fireplace, TV with DVD, VCR and stereo that opens onto a deck that overlooks the Equestrian Center. The dining room, which seats six, opens onto the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has newer appliances, cabinets, granite counter-tops and a great view of the paddocks. Upstairs is the master suite, and third bedroom. The master suite has a king bed, TV with DVD and private bath equipped with a large jetted tub and walk in shower. The third bedroom has two twins, TV, DVD and a private bath with tub and shower.
