The living area is comfortably appointed and features a fireplace, as well as a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The adjoining dining area seats six guests, and both areas have sisal area rugs. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master suite is located on the first floor, and is furnished with a king bed. It has hardwood floors and a ceiling fan, and its own TV. There is also a private en suite bath with a dual vanity that features a claw-footed tub and separate shower. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity. The twin bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. In addition, there is a small deck on the second floor, with wonderful neighborhood views.
