This terrific 4,420 square foot home with three floors has a scenic partial ocean view. This home boasts the finest furnishings such as hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and an elevator. The expansive family room has a widescreen plasma television, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of seating to entertain. The gorgeous fully equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island with seating for three, and access to the large 2,300 square foot deck. The large dining room table will seat ten guests comfortably. The ten spacious bedrooms all have telephone service. Five of the bedrooms have private baths and the remaining five bedrooms share two and a half baths. The bedding, which will accommodate twenty-four guests easily, consists of seven king beds, two queen beds, four twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the television room. The television room is located on the third floor features a wet bar. Relax in the sun on the large deck and then cool off by taking a dip in the private outdoor pool. Guests of this home also have free long distance calls in the continental U.S., access to wireless high-speed Internet, and use of a ping pong table.
