This large 4,000 square foot home has a reverse floor plan and offers nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms, which will accommodate up to 30 guests. Features of this home include high-speed Internet access, an elevator, all the bedrooms have a television, and all the bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and showers with granite counter tops. The first floor has six bedrooms and four bathrooms in which one has a jetted tub. The bedding includes two king beds, six queen beds, one set of bunk beds, one sleeper sofa. The second floor has a spacious living room with plenty of seating, television, and fireplace, and a sleeper sofa. The very large fully equipped kitchen has plenty of granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that will seat four. The dining room offers two beautiful wood tables that will seat a total of twenty guests. The three bedrooms have bedding that consists of two king beds, one queen bed, one full sized futon, and one queen sleeper sofa. Come enjoy the large deck and swim in the private pool.
