This three bedroom, three bath villa was completely renovated in 2007 and features granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen. There is seating for six in the nearby dining area and serving meals is easier with the pass-through bar. For your enjoyment this unit has three TVs, a DVD player, a VCR and a CD stereo. On the first floor there's one bedroom with a queen bed and access to the hall bath. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a king bed and a private bath and the third bedroom on this floor has two twin beds. Two more guests can use the sofa sleeper in the living area.
