This classic townhome features 1 beautiful bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. In the master you will find a comfy queen with a private bath along with views of the Gulf of Mexico. For children or extra guests there is a queen futon in the living room. The living area has a nice balcony overlooking the sound and a short walk lets you enjoy the beach. A washer and dryer in the unit frees up your time to hunt for hermit crabs in the lapping waters of the sound or walk across the street for a fun time on the gulf. The swimming pool is the largest on Pensacola Beach and you have parking for two. Come spend a week or a weekend and take home great memories for free! Owner has provided crab nets, beach bag, 2 folding sand chairs, beach toys and a beach umbrella for the guests use.
