Within minutes, you have access to Golf Courses, a shopping complex, restaurants and other convenient services.

Features
Welcome to the Carlton! It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and plenty of living space making it ideal for two families. It features two master-suites; each has walk in closets, clock radio, hair dryer and color cable TV. The en-suites have shower/tub and each have direct access to the shaded lanai and pool area. The third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds in both and share the third bathroom. A crib, highchair and baby monitor are provided free of charge. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, spacious family room, plush living room and dining room. The family room has cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Hi Fi Stereo System and a PlayStation 2 system. There is also a game room which features a 7 foot Pool Table, Electronic Darts and an Air Hockey Table. We have also added a computer with dial up connection, so that you can check your emails when you are with us. Also, guests have full access to our Concierge and Cyber café located at our office. Guests can take a dip in the screened-in extended south facing pool and deck area or relax under the shaded lanai. Removable pool fencing is provided for your children’s safety.
