The Pierce Place is a newly remodeled house with new carpeting and hardwood kitchen floors. With one bedroom and one bathroom it accommodates up to four guests. It has a queen bed in the master and a full sofa-bed in the spacious living area. A medium sized kitchen and dining area will suit all your cooking and hosting needs and is fully equipped with all necessary and basic utensils and appliances. Other amenities include high speed wireless DSL, satellite/cable TV and laundry facilities. This unit is pet friendly. If available, you can combine this house with the lower unit and double your occupancy to eight guests.
