There is a king bed in the master bedroom that has a sliding glass door to step out onto your private backyard with barbecue and additional separate backyard beach bathroom. There is one queen in another bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom. The living room has a large couch which converts to a sleeper sofa. There is a fireplace and a 46" HDTV in the living room with wireless internet and phone included. A few extra amenities include a portacrib, 3 bikes, 2 car lockable garage, and a washer/dryer.
