Features
This retreat offers two master suites and two guest bedrooms with king and queen beds respectively. Three of the four marble tiled bathrooms have floors that heat, including a pool side bathroom, walk in showers and upgraded fixtures and there is also a powder room. The kitchen is a large and modern gourmet island kitchen with granite counters, two dishwashers, six burner gas range top, built in espresso/coffee maker, sub zero refrigerator, and a wet bar fully equipped with an ice maker, bar fridge and wine fridge. The dining room and living area are set off the kitchen and the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are just a few steps out the sliding glass doors where views, outdoor dining, or a soak in the hot tub all wait for you. The beautiful lighted evening views are lovely, and accent an evening cocktail, dining, or just doing nothing but soaking in the view, and surrounding quiet. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and bedrooms, stereo sound system and wireless internet, indoor laundry area, and also an outdoor shower area when coming to or from pool/hot tub.
