As you enter the cottage, you will find the formal living room and kitchen area. Nicely updated, the kitchen provides everything for fully cooked dinners to entertain, or appetizers or a light lunch. Walking straight through the kitchen area, you are now in the family room that includes cable TV, DVD player and wireless internet, and one downstairs bedroom, with queen bed. Also off the kitchen is a laundry room and full bathroom. Through the living room and up the stairs are two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two futon sleepers. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The Sunday New York Times is delivered weekly.
