All of the floors in this prestigious home are maple, as are the cabinets in the kitchen, pantry and master bathroom. The kitchen features a sub zero fridge, Viking gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, industrial style--sink and counters, granite 13 foot island, with stools on one side, high end dishes and stainless tableware. The living area offers plenty of seating for your group and a gas fireplace. The furniture in the living area is comfortable but high end modern Italian. The art throughout the home is eclectic and interesting. Linens and towels are included, as is a washer and dryer. The master bedroom offers a private deck, a king size bed, office, and large bathroom. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub, dressing room/walk-in closet with a laundry chute, marble vanity, and double sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, antique oak dressers, wrought iron bed, and TV. The third bedroom is located one half level up from the main floor, in the back of the home and also serves as a family room. This room boasts a queen convertible sofa. Additional amenities include phones and answering service, Sony computer, sand toys, boogie boards, stereo indoors and out speaker system, and internet.
