The fenced and gated back yard is approximately 5000 square feet and the large grassy front yard is great for playing soccer with the kids. There is even a 24x30 ft sports pad in the backyard where the ping-pong table is set up, along with additional seating and a large above-ground jacuzzi spa with ocean views.
