? All applicants must have a good rental history. References must be verifiable. A reference from a relative is not acceptable.
? Applicants must not have any evictions or judgments from landlord filed against them.
? Applicants should have a good credit history and will be verified through a credit reporting agency.
? Applicants can be denied for felony charges, history of bad checks, civil judgments, past due accounts, and judgments or debts for money owed to landlords, and utility companies.
? Applicants must agree to a public record search to reflect a threat to real property or other residents’ enjoyment of the property. Sec 31.11(5)
