Thank you for your inquiry. Applications can be submitted either before or after you have seen the inside of the unit, and be found online at www.slpm.com. Go to the property you have an interest under Browse Rentals and hit Apply Now. They take 7-14 business days to fully process depending on how soon rental and employer references get back to us, and also the number of applications we have processing in general.
The application fee is $35 per adult, and our minimum qualifications are that household income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount, with no prior evictions. Also other areas that we look at on applications are credit, rental history, employment stability, and debt to income ratio. If you are approved we can make arrangements and get in for a showing earlier if possible.

Go to browse rentals to find the property. If the property you have an interest is not open this week, continue to go to our browse rental section weekly as open house updates are edited every Tuesday. You may apply online at the property listing. We require that tenants earn 2 ½ times the rent with verifiable income if not Section 8 and no prior evictions.
