Brownridge Terrace is the community for anyone who loves outdoor living, meeting their neighbors and connecting with others. There are 116 units at Brownridge Terrace, each with the beautiful design finishes and the style you’d expect from Steve Brown Apartments. They come with in-unit laundry, wood laminate floors, solid-core doors, state-of-the-art appliances including a range-hood microwave and a dishwasher, and walk in closets are included in most units.
Pet Policy: Dogs, cats, fish, and birds are welcome! Pets must be fixed, weigh less than 80#, and meet breed restrictions. Max. 2 pets, $35/mo. per pet.
Leasing Process Fees: The security deposit is equal to a half month's rent. $100 of this is paid at the time of application (as earnest money), along with a $16 per adult applicant non-refundable credit check fee.
Utility/Internet Information: 1100 Mbps Internet, water, and sewer are included in the $55 monthly facilities fee.
Application Criteria: All prospective residents who are over the age of 18 must complete a rental application form. Photo identification, verifiable housing history, references, employment, and income information (gross income must equal at least 3X the monthly rent) are required. A credit report will be processed for each adult applicant. Applicants with excessive collections, falsified or incomplete application information, and/or a history of excessive late payments may not be accepted.
Parking Information: One heated underground garage parking space is included.
