Along with Hostē’s detailed and rigorous standard cleaning practices we’ve added more steps to ensure that high volume surfaces get extra cleaning with antibacterial products. Along with washing their hands before entering, and upon entering the home our team members ALWAYS wear gloves when in the homes and if anyone is showing signs of being unwell, we’ve asked them not to come to work. We also have all our linens and towels professionally laundered where they are sanitized and then wrapped before being transported to the home. We are paying close attention to recommendations put forth by the CDC and implementing additional precautions as they are recommended if necessary. We know that this is a scary time for everyone, and we want you to know that we are here for you. Now about the property: Urban and modern, this (brand new!) 4 BDRM townhome shines—and presents the perfect prospect for visitors and short-term guests to the Pikes Peak Region. And some of the best, world-renowned natural attractions like Garden of the Gods are minutes down the road. Balance. Modernity. A tantalizing stay! The Space: This townhome has just recently been completed. It is modern, stylish and unique. Decorated and furnished with care, it's perfect for the discriminating short-term visitor or guest. Enter through the garage with the code provided, or through the front door accessed up the stairs. You'll walk into a modern, bright space. There's plenty of room throughout the unit's (4!) floors, for family, for friends. The lowest level features a separate bedroom and bath. Upstairs on the main level, the living room, dining area and kitchen offer plenty of possibilities—entertain, eat, cook, relax. The appointments and trim are of quality—wood and tile, stainless steel and polished stone. There's a respectable outdoor living space here too, accessible from the rear of the kitchen. A full laundry, available for guest use, is on this floor also. Upstairs, the home's additional 3 bedrooms present comfort and quality. The master features access to a private balcony, itself offering further access to the roof-top patio with unobstructed views of Downtown and COS' respectable little skyline. There will be a fireplace out here too once construction is complete. Back inside, the master bath is accessible via the stylish barn-door. The rest of the bedrooms each offer comfortable bedding, quality linens, all professionally cleaned and laundered. There is a sense of care here worthy of 5 stars. This short-term rental is stylish, clean, modern and inviting and with its central, near-urban location, perfect for those looking for a diverse, vibrant stay. The Neighborhood: Located just west of Downtown Colorado Springs, this neighborhood has a suburban feel to it—populated by older, classic homes, many in the process of transition. The urban amenities here are great. Rosco's Coffee is just a few blocks south. Restaurants and breweries are here too, within walking distance. And then, the bars, shopping and nightlife Downtown are just a few blocks further east. There's truly something here for everyone. And as centrally located as it is, right, smack in the middle of COS—everything else is an easy drive. The airport is 15 minutes away. Old Colorado City, 5 minutes. The Broadmoor, 10 minutes. Manitou Springs, 10 minutes. So much, so close, in a quiet, appealing place. Getting Around: Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property (within walking distance), we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
