Permit: STR: 0423 The Space: Master Bedroom located on the first floor, two additional bedrooms on the second floor. Plenty of free parking is available on the street in front of the home. Guest Access: The house is all yours! 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room with entertainment center and fully fenced in backyard. We know you'll love it! The Neighborhood: This neighborhood just a few blocks northwest of Downtown Colorado Springs is in transition, and offers exceptional urban amenities in a semi-suburban environment, where the homes date from the turn of the last century, the streets are lined with trees, and there's a sense of the classic and the good. Walk to Downtown from here, or just a few blocks south where you'll find some of the city's best cafes (Rosco's), restaurants, breweries (Cerberus Brewing) and night-spots (503W, Benny's). Old Colorado City, with its artisan shops, restaurants, galleries and unique, western-artisan-chic is just a few blocks to the west. All of the west-side destinations for travelers and guests are close by—places like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the Incline, and the base of Pikes Peak—all just about 5 minutes away by car. There is plenty of COS goodness here: defined by the combination of both the urban and the natural, the familiar and the spectacular. Getting Around: Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, craft breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
