Along with Hostē’s detailed and rigorous standard cleaning practices we’ve added more steps to ensure that high volume surfaces get extra cleaning with antibacterial products. Along with washing their hands before entering, and upon entering the home our team members ALWAYS wear gloves when in the homes and if anyone is showing signs of being unwell, we’ve asked them not to come to work. We also have all our linens and towels professionally laundered where they are sanitized and then wrapped before being transported to the home. We are paying close attention to recommendations put forth by the CDC and implementing additional precautions as they are recommended if necessary. We know that this is a scary time for everyone, and we want you to know that we are here for you. The Space: This one will leave you breathless … both the home, and maybe our description of it! It's big. Brand new. Designed with the short-term guest in mind. Practical. Luxurious. Really, it’s perfect in every way and will make your wildest dreams come true. We're joking. But only half. There are multiple, independent living spaces on the home's multiple floors including a separate, modern, 1 bedroom cottage space with a full kitchen, living room and more. The design is modern and luxuriously minimalist throughout. The windows are large, letting in abundant, natural light from the frequently clear, blue Colorado skies. In each of the 6 bedrooms, the beds are comfortable, new, and appointed with quality linens with a special touch, here and there. Multiple king beds, queen beds and bunks for the kids give the space a versatility hard to beat. Some further highlights—quality surfaces throughout. Wood and tile, granite and stainless steel. Warm, Edison lighting accentuates many of the living spaces. The kitchen is fully functional, a chef’s kitchen effectively—ready for your unique culinary creations. And also ready to entertain. There’s a unique gas fireplace in the primary living room. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are combined and open—perfect for unobstructed, seamless social gatherings. An exquisite master bedroom features a private balcony facing west for exquisite Colorado sunsets all year round. Admittedly, a short-term rental of this size is somewhat complex and if something has not been covered here, or you’d like to ask us any questions pertaining to your stay, don’t hesitate! And WELCOME! Your exceptional Colorado Springs stay is here! Guest Access: You will have private access to the Main home and basement unit. The Neighborhood: Just a few blocks northwest of Downtown Colorado Springs, this short-term rental property is located in a transitioning semi-urban, semi-suburban neighborhood. Access to the urban amenities of Colorado Springs is superb, with restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping, nightlife and events just a few minutes away by foot, bicycle or car. Colorado Springs’ own private liberal arts school, the historic Colorado College, is just a few blocks away. Monument Valley Park—with a pool, playground, creek and pickle ball courts—is equally close. Located as it is on the westside of town, some of the other, more outdoor and mountain amenities that make Colorado Springs such a unique place to visit are close too: Garden of the Gods is just about 5 minutes away by car, and Pikes Peak, the Manitou Incline, the Broadmoor, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo … are all just about 10 minutes away. Combining a unique and classic semi-urban feel with amazing access to the "outside" — this area is a superb location for your next Colorado Springs stay. Getting Around: Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, breweries, craft distilleries, shopping and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property (within walking or biking distance), we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation. Other Things to Note: Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests: ATTENTION: * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. * Pets are NOT allowed in this property; * Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you! * There is central AC throughout the home * No parties or events allowed. Additional Fees (Price is included with Airbnb reservations): Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: - Instead of charging a security deposit, Hoste charges a non-refundable $99 damage waiver fee that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
