Along with Hostē’s detailed and rigorous standard cleaning practices we’ve added more steps to ensure that high volume surfaces get extra cleaning with antibacterial products. Along with washing their hands before entering, and upon entering the home our team members ALWAYS wear gloves when in the homes and if anyone is showing signs of being unwell, we’ve asked them not to come to work. We also have all our linens and towels professionally laundered where they are sanitized and then wrapped before being transported to the home. We are paying close attention to recommendations put forth by the CDC and implementing additional precautions as they are recommended if necessary. We know that this is a scary time for everyone, and we want you to know that we are here for you. BRING YOUR PETS! Permit:STR-0323 The Space: This duplex home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, perfect for small groups of friends or families—space and functionality at an exceptional price. Private, garage parking is available for a single vehicle (accessible from the alley to the rear of the home) with plenty of extra space for further vehicles on the street. Enter through the garage or the front door past the handsome little front porch and gas grill, into the upper level of the home. The bright and inviting formal dining room offers seating for 8 and is conveniently next to the well-outfitted and practical kitchen. Further into the home down a long hallway are the three upper-level bedrooms. Guest Access: The master features king-sized comfort, high ceilings, plenty of natural light and a private, handsome master bathroom. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed. Bedroom #3 is designed for kids, perhaps, with a queen-sized bunk with a twin bed above. These two bedrooms are serviced by another, separate full bathroom with a full laundry for guest use. The unit's lower level is outfitted for comfort and features great furnishings and a foosball table. A Roku smart TV hangs on the wall ready for your favorite binge-watch. There are also smart TV's in both the master bedroom and in the bunk bedroom #3. Bedroom #4, downstairs, features another voluminous king-sized bed. At over 1800 square feet, this home is larger than you might think from the exterior. It offers an exceptional value, space, plenty of separate sleeping and bathing quarters at a price that travelers and guests to the Pikes Peak Region will appreciate — and of course, well-behaved pets (and their owners) are always welcome! Guest will have access to the entire house including: the four bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, The Neighborhood: Just west of Downtown, this home is located in a neighborhood comprised of older, established homes, many in the process of being updated. The streets are wide and lined with trees. Exceptional dining and nightlife are approximately 10 blocks away along Colorado Ave. Centrality is a theme here, with all of the most well-known, well-visited sites by visitors to Colorado Springs all approximately 10-15 minutes away by car. Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Downtown, the Broadmoor, the Air Force Academy, are all easily accessible. Getting Around: Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking distance from this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around. Other Things to Note: - We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. - Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/week). Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
