Along with Hostē’s detailed and rigorous standard cleaning practices we’ve added more steps to ensure that high volume surfaces get extra cleaning with antibacterial products. Along with washing their hands before entering, and upon entering the home our team members ALWAYS wear gloves when in the homes and if anyone is showing signs of being unwell, we’ve asked them not to come to work. We also have all our linens and towels professionally laundered where they are sanitized and then wrapped before being transported to the home. We are paying close attention to recommendations put forth by the CDC and implementing additional precautions as they are recommended if necessary. We know that this is a scary time for everyone, and we want you to know that we are here for you. Now about the property: This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has over 4,200 square feet of well-appointed, usable space for traveling groups and families, or for guests simply looking for space to relax, to escape, to spread out. An open, bright and classic layout awaits guests! Vaulted ceilings greet you upon arrival, massive windows let in the natural light and the mountain views, and everywhere there is a sense of quality in the air—of just plain big, comfortable and nice. Located on the north end of Colorado Springs in an established, well-planned quiet neighborhood, this home seems away from the hustle and bustle, seemingly presiding over it`s block with a simple, understated elegance. Nevertheless, it is close to restaurants, groceries and shopping; along with easy access to main roads and the interstate leading to Colorado Springs` best attractions for travelers.  Enter this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 4200 square foot home through the front entry and be greeted immediately by a large, open living space designed and appointed in a comfortable, classic style. Large windows let in glorious amounts of natural light, giving access to some great views of the front range mountains and Pikes Peak. Off to the left is a formal living space and dining room; off to the right is a well-designed office and work space, for those travelers needing to stay productive and connected during their stay. The large chef`s and entertainer`s kitchen is just beyond, offering plenty of space to comfortably create a culinary masterpiece for your family or fellow travelers. The kitchen opens up to a large family room with a fireplace, and allows access also to the exceptional backyard and deck. Outdoor living in this home is superb, fully taking advantage of those cool Colorado summer nights, or those sunny, and surprisingly mild winter days. From the deck, watch your kids play in the large backyard complete with a play set and basketball court; or merely gaze westward toward the mountains during a brilliant Colorado sunset. The upper level of this large home contains 4 bedrooms, all comfortable, bright and well-appointed. Two bedrooms share a bathroom between them. A third bedroom contains a private bath, and the master suite truly lives up to its name—with exceptional Pikes Peak views from the large bay window and the wonderful soaking tub, it`s designed to be enjoyed, to be relaxed in, to welcome its occupants with comfort and obtainable, reasonable luxury. It also offers easy access to main roads and the interstate leading to all the best attractions that visitors to Colorado Springs know well including the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and more.  Getting Around: We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
