Freshly updated with a fully remodeled bathroom, brand new kitchen appliances, and a new outdoor balcony that overlooks downtown.  Other things to LOVE about The Wildflower: \- THE DECOR: One of a kind, vintage details throughout! An avid lover of vintage myself, the place is full of finds from flea markets around the area! Enjoy a collage wall of vintage cow postcards, a dining nook with a vintage "baked goods" sign, authentic mid-century furnishings, funky art, antique mirrors, and so much more. \- One of a kind, new details as well: retro-inspired pink toaster, brand new refrigerator, colorful rugs, top of the line linens and towels, and more. \- 2 BR, 1 BATH - Featuring a King + Queen bedroom. Both bedrooms are private bedrooms with closets. The King/Master is located at the back of the apartment (nearest to the bathroom) with large windows that peer toward downtown Fayetteville. The Queen bedroom is located at the front of the house with direct access to the apartment's private balcony (newly built!). \- 55" SMART TV - with Roku & streaming services \- HIGH-SPEED WiFi  \- Private balcony with views over Block St. and downtown \- Next-door neighbors with downtown shop, "The Boho Boutique," & within 1 block of Fayetteville favorites like Hugo's (basement burgers), Maxine's Bar & Tap, Little Bread Co., Big Box Karaoke, Cheers at the OPO, and more! \- Free parking spot in the apartment's shared parking lot on the backside of the building. \- Coffee your way: Choose from two options - Keurig "one cup" or french press with a coffee grinder \- Fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, coffee grinder, microwave, blender, all utensils, plates, bowls, etc, spices, pots and pans, hot water kettle, etc! \- Fully stocked bathrooms includes a hairdryer, plenty of towels, extra TP, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. \- Space heaters provided during the winter months for additional comfort if needed. \- Pet-friendly with a fee This apartment is connected to other apartments and the building is historic! Please be respectful of normal noise hours (approximately 8 am-10 pm). Electricity is supplied by conduit and HVAC through two window units. ***COVID 19 Cleaning Procedures: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, Cohobnb follows the CDC and EPA guidelines to effectively clean and disinfect every property after each check-out. Our cleaners wear gloves and masks while cleaning each property and use bleach-based disinfectants, paying additional attention to frequently touched surfaces. The following lists our cleaning procedures when turning over properties:-Cleaners wear disposable gloves and face masks-Use of bleach-based disinfectant, paying additional attention to high-touch surfaces-High heat wash and dry on linens whenever possible-High heat wash and dry of dishes whenever possible-Minimal staff member visits to properties-Frequent hand washing*** We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay - provided are amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note: if trash is filled/needs to be taken out, there is a dumpster located at the backside of our unit. **Important** Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators, and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rental space.
