Home recently updated w/ new furnishings, linens, & towels.  Our property has a front patio & 2 PRIVATE PARKING SPOTS (which, given the location, is a major plus!). Decor inspired by our love for the HOGS, as we're former U of A alums. Enjoy full Cable, Smart TV access, and wifi. Our space is ideal for all you Razorback fans out there. Just one block off Dickson Street and just 1/2 a mile (easily walkable) to U of A campus. Our Arkansas-Alum homeowners treat this place as their vacation home when traveling back to Fayetteville to relive their college days. Meanwhile, it's the perfect set up for visitors to relish in all things Fayetteville-downtown or to catch a Hogs game. Our condo features: ★ 2 private bedrooms with fully stocked bathrooms attached ★ 2 private parking spots ★ HD TVs in both the living room + master bedroom, Full Cable, Netflix, HBO, and Amazon Prime ★ Giant couch large enough for accommodating an extra guest if needed ★ Bright, beautiful Georgian windows with wooden blinds ★ Freshly repainted and restocked with bed linens and towels ★ A fully stocked kitchen with both Keurig + drip coffee options ★Fully equipped laundry room ★ Unique front porch with 2 Razorback red rocking chairs ★ Cozy reading & lounging areas throughout ***COVID 19 Cleaning Procedures: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, Cohobnb follows the CDC and EPA guidelines to effectively clean and disinfect every property after each check-out. Our cleaners wear gloves and masks while cleaning each property and use bleach-based disinfectants, paying additional attention to frequently touched surfaces. The following lists our cleaning procedures when turning over properties: -Cleaners wear disposable gloves and face masks -Use of bleach-based disinfectant, paying additional attention to high-touch surfaces -High heat wash and dry on linens whenever possible -High heat wash and dry of dishes whenever possible -Minimal staff member visits to properties -Frequent hand washing*** Guests will have full access to the unit. We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay with us! We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. My management company, Cohobnb, will be available via their customer support line by text or phone call 24/7.
