Getting Around: Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. That just leaves one question: Where to park the car? On-Street Parking -- Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two. A parking lot across the street charges about $25/day. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited. Long-term Parking -- They are plenty of paid long-term parking options nearby too. A good resource is the parking locator: (Website hidden by Airbnb) Transport -- For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations. Otherwise, we recommend moving around the city using uber or lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you! Other Things to Note: A $250 security deposit (in the form of an authorization hold that is automatically released 3-days after checkout) will be collected before check-in. As per HOA requirements, you will also be required to upload your ID, and sign a waiver. Failure or refusal to complete these steps does not make your reservation eligible for a refund.
