This condo is perfect for a summer Park City visit. Park City Resort is out the back door, with an extensive trail system for mountain biking and hiking. These trails connect to the entire trail network throughout Park City (including Deer Valley and Canyons Resort), which was named the first Gold Level ride center by the International Mountain Bike Association in 2012. Park City Resort also offers many summer activities for children, including an alpine slide, alpine coaster, rock climbing wall, mini golf, zipline, scenic chairlift rides, and more. City Park is one block in the other direction, which includes free tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, softball/baseball/soccer/football fields, a playground, and grilling areas. Main Street is a 15 minute walk from the condo through charming Old Town, and offers many options for dining, shopping, art galleries, and nightlife. Main Street also hosts the Silly Market every Sunday (local craft vendors, music, and food), and many festivals throughout the summer (Kimball Arts Festival, Wine Festival, Jazz & Food Festival, etc). Park City Golf Course is also within walking distance, which offers reasonable greens fees and an amazing mountain backdrop. There is free live music to be found in town 5 days a week, including the popular Wednesday Summer Concert Series at Deer Valley. The free town bus system has a stop that picks up outside the front door, which will take you anywhere in town. The Jordanelle Resorvoir is a short distance away (offering boating, paddle boarding, picnic areas, and sand beaches) as well as multiple rivers offering fishing and whitewater rafting. SLC international airport is easily accessible with a 45 minute drive or a shuttle ride. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully furnished, as the owner lives here when not rented. There is a large living room / dining area, equipped with a 55" flatscreen TV, DVD player, cable TV, board games, and free Wifi internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking all meals, and has all new stainless steel appliances. There is also a balcony with a grill, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. The tiled entryway is perfect for wet boots and clothes. The complex has a year-round hot tub and sauna for use, as well as a foosball table, a ping pong room, and common area. There is outdoor off-street guest parking available at the complex. The bus stop for the free town bus system is on the corner right outside the front door. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, cable TV, DVD player, bathroom internal to the room, a large closet, luggage rack, iron/ironing board, and a separate door to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, DVD player, Playstation, and a desk/chair. The second bathroom has one doorway off of the second bedroom, and another doorway to the common hallway. There is also a queen pullout couch in the living room with a new and comfortable mattress. The owner would like to do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
