Please be respectful of normal noise hours (approximately 8 am-10 pm). Electricity is supplied by conduit and HVAC through two window units. ***COVID 19 Cleaning Procedures: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, Cohobnb follows the CDC and EPA guidelines to effectively clean and disinfect every property after each check-out. Our cleaners wear gloves and masks while cleaning each property and use bleach-based disinfectants, paying additional attention to frequently touched surfaces. The following lists our cleaning procedures when turning over properties: -Cleaners wear disposable gloves and face masks -Use of bleach-based disinfectant, paying additional attention to high-touch surfaces -High heat wash and dry on linens whenever possible -Minimal staff member visits to properties -Frequent hand washing*** We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay - provided are amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen with enough to get you started on your trip (There is no garage access). We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.  Please note: if trash is filled/needs to be taken out, there is a dumpster located at the backside of our unit. Also note, the twinkle lights for the balcony are attached to an extension cord that runs through the window. Please unplug after use.
