The deposit can be utilized at either of our properties. This beautiful 2 bedroom turn-of-the-century house is located in downtown Colorado Springs with excellent access to I-25 and near abundant parks, shopping and dining establishments. 4 Blocks from the US Olympic Museum, 2 blocks from the Switchback Soccer Stadium, and within three blocks of a CS Bike Share station. There is a fully fenced yard, hardwood floors, and ceramic tile. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, spices, and other food and cooking items. For your convenience, you will find in the bathroom toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, hairdryer, etc. There are also additional linens, towels, and blankets. The backyard has a stainless steel gas grill and outdoor seating for barbecues. The immediate neighborhood is friendly and consists of other homeowners. Shugga's, a Seattle-style coffee/wine bar one block east and then 1 1/2 blocks further are The Coffee Exchange, Streetcar 520, Atomic Cowboy, Dos Santos, and The Convention and Visitors Bureau. The Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery, a long time local favorite, is just three blocks north. Also nearby is the Pike Peak Center (7 blocks) Colorado College, Fine Arts Center, National Firefighters Memorial, and plenty of restaurants, breweries, and retail shops. We have two bikes at your disposal and the city has just improved bike lanes at the Cimarron exchange making it really easy access our miles and miles of bike lanes! Just minutes away is the 5-star Broadmoor Resort, Garden of the Gods, Helen Hunt Falls, Air Force Academy, Olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and the Colorado Springs Airport. This updated remodeled Victorian house will give you the comfort of your own home with the convenience of being located in the center of EVERYTHING Colorado has to offer and the activities you are seeking to enjoy. Dogs are welcome with an additional $50 pet fee per pet and the yard is fully fenced. Sorry, although I love them, I can not accept cats as my husband is highly allergic.
