    Getting There and Getting Around:

    The airport is located about 20 minutes outside of downtown. The best way to get to town would be to either take a shuttle, shareride, taxi, or a rental car. Once in town, the best way to get around would be to either take a shareide/taxi or by rental car. There is also a public bus system that can also take you across town quickly.

    The weather in Pittsburgh is relatively mild compared to most other cities as far north. The summer highs reach up to about 85°F and lows of 66°F, in the winter times the temperature drops to 40° for a high and 25°F low. So packing heavy clothes is unnecessary, but packing light long-sleeves would be recommended. Precipitation is no stranger to Pittsburgh either, with an average of 4 inches of rain in the summer and 3 inches in the winter. So be sure to pack a raincoat in case it starts suddenly raining on you.
