*Due to COVID-19, prior to each departure, the vehicle will be sanitized with Ozone Gas. The gas treatment effectively kills 99.9% of all germs and mold. You will love the easy handling and driving comforts, and once parked you will enjoy your time before moving on or heading back home. Enjoy large windows for a panoramic view of your surroundings on all sides, at all times. Inside, as you swing around from your driving and passenger seats up front, you will find a pop-up table for those delicious meals or snacks that you can easily create in your full functioning kitchen. There is ample storage throughout with the kitchen providing a pull-out pantry for dry goods, as well as a deep drawer for your pots and pans. You will also find overhead cabinets throughout, exterior storage, plus a bit of additional storage under the bed in back. There is also a permanent wet bath with stand-up shower to keep clean and fresh, and the fixed queen bed allows you a place to unwind and relax at night before starting another day of adventure and fun. You can even watch your favorite movie or television show if you add the optional 24" flat screen TV. Extra Rules: 1. We do not allow awning usage. Years of California RV-ing later we have discovered that Santa Ana winds are simply too strong for the awning to handle. We can provide a portable Canopy for no charge upon request. *Due to RV's having many moving components. (it's alot like a house that goes through earthquakes every day) there may be a couple of loose cabinets, or slighly damaged fixtures that require custom ordered parts to come in. We do our best to get these repaired but sometimes we might use temporary fixes that don't look the greatest. *COVID-19 note: We cannot provide utensils, bedding, and full cookware. A mini camping cook set/toilet paper/soap/shampoo is provided.
