The space has been used for dog crate, pack n play, or air mattress. Foldable table and chairs allow dining, cards, or board games. EZ up also included. Two curtain dividers for three options 1) close off bedroom from rest of Rv. 2) close off bedroom and bathroom from rest of Rv. 3) close off bathroom and hallway (access to clothing and changing area) from rest of Rv. All creating some privacy. You can leave your vehicle at my property, if needed street parking. Makes for easy pick up and drop off
