This is the 2015 Thor Motor Coach Chateau 31E, Class C RV. We call him LOAPy. He is a very roomy, convenient and feature-packed house on wheels! (32 feet long) He has 2 bunk beds and sleeps 8-10 people total. (7 seat belts total) Perfect for families or larger groups! We have loved LOAPy for our family and are happy to share him with you. Everything is in great shape, most of it in like-new shape. DRIVING: Backup Camera, Lane change/side mirror camera’s Ladder, Bike rack (for two bikes) TECHNICAL: Onan Generator (Powers everything in the RV), AUTO Leveling Jacks, LP Detector, 1 Full side Slideout, Slideout Awning, Smoke and CO2 Detector, 6 Gallon Water heater (runs on electricity or propane) Heated black and gray tanks, Camper Length: 32 Feet, Height: 11 Feet 2 Inches, Width: 8 Feet 3 Inches IMPORTANT: Optional: Complete home package: We can provide all the bedding and towels (Like new, recently purchased) for your whole party and we will set it up and clean it as well after you return. Roadside assistance is required! With this in mind, it may be a good idea to sign up for the essentials insurance package which already includes Roadside Assistance and much more (Bigger bang for your buck ;-) ) Your vehicle: You may leave your vehicle on our property while using our RV (We live in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac and even though we will not be liable for any damage to your vehicle, we have not had any issues in the past). Towing is possible but we allow it only under special conditions and to seasoned/experienced drivers for n upcharge (5000 pound capacity). Feel free to ask! Cleaning: The RV will need to be returned looking and smelling the same way you picked it up.
