Your vehicle can be stored (gated & secure) at the rental location at no charge. Towing and Pets are not allowed without prior written permission. We ask for flexibility in pick-up & drop-off times as we work M-F for our primary jobs. Owner and Renter contact information will not be transferred before a reservation is made, contact information will be exchanged for both parties via email after the reservation is made. Pick up times need to be within one hour of the allotted time as we're not a business location and work other jobs. Please contact at least 1 hour prior to drop-off so we can arrange with an alternative person to receive the unit. Please keep in mind that we have numerous RVs in several locations, the unit may be handed off by someone different every time. PLEASE ALLOW 1 HOUR EACH FOR CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
