It’s brand new and cozy with added comforts and seating. It has a Slideout in the Living/Dining area. This camper is easy to use and you can relax anywhere. Full bathroom with separate door to outside and double bunk beds and a separate queen bedroom. Pantry and really relaxing decor. We ONLY DELIVER, Set up and Break Down, and pick up within a 55 MILE radius. Please do not attempt to book this camper if you require that service farther than that. In order to pick up and tow, you must have a properly equipped vehicle with the driver being experienced at hauling a camper. Certain vehicle requirements must be met or the booking will be cancelled by the owner. This camper is 31.58 feet long, weighs 6,354 pounds without any water, or interior weight from contents. Hitch weight is 680 pounds. Renter will be required to go through a tutorial in person and or you tube video with owner at pickup.
