Large Slide out. Three bunk beds in back with table. Has one full bed in front room with door. Large windows in kitchen/living area. Nice size tub. A/C, heat. Requires at least a 30 amp hook up to run air conditioning. Tanks are 46 gallons fresh water, 40 gallon grey(discard water) 30 gallon black tank (sewer) If not on full hook up they need to be used sparingly. Includes Coffee maker, electric skillet, utensils Dish soap, hand soap and sanitizer (when available) 6 towels/washcloths Bedding *ONLY RENTING TO REND LAKE AT THIS TIME* There is a $125 delivery fee to Rend lake Cleaning fee $100 taken and $50 sewer dump fee if not on full hook-up. *price is $165 on holiday weekends- 4 night minimum stay* Generator available for $75 for 3 night stay.
